Covenants: The current Shiloh Farms Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions can be found here.


Architecture Form: Planning to update your property? Be sure to fill out and architecture form and submit it to the HOA board for approval. This includes fences, exterior colors, and the addition or change of any exterior structures. 


Pool Form: Avon Trails neighborhood allows the residents of Shiloh Farms to use their pool in the summer. Please check back as the summer approaches. Pool information is dependent on when Avon Trails shares information. 

HOA Dues

HOA dues are sent out in March each year.


Check your mailbox for a letter about how to pay your dues.

Violations:

Fines Schedule Example

  • First Offence – Warning
  • Second Offence - $25.00
  • Third Offence - $50.00
  • Fourth Offence - $75.00 (Maximum fine of $75.00 after fourth offence)

Fines aggregate per calendar year.


Covenant violations must be observed at least 5 days apart.


Violations can include: unkept yard, unapproved structure, unpaid dues, exterior damage, etc.
